Parental contribution
Successful candidates, or their parents, are required to contribute to UWC Luxembourg’s scholarship fund, thus providing opportunities to other deserving students in the future. However, the process to establish this ‘parental contribution’ happens only after candidates have successfully passed the interview procedure and thus been selected by the independent selection jury. After selection, the Treasurer requests financial information from the student’s parents individually. Based on this, he outlines the details of scholarship offered and the required Parental Contribution, according to their specific circumstances. Families will only be asked to contribute what they can reasonably afford.
